My first and ever homemade S.T.E.A.K ♥

In Sheffield, I used to have every dinner with my family. Doubting that why I have my family here? Haha Yes there is 6 members of my family, which is my housemates and "neighbours" below my flat which is my groupmates. We can likely a family since we work out everything together, staying together...Love ^^

But Monday, there is just left me and housemates 3 people dinner due to part of us went for MU Football Match! What a headache need to think what to eat for dinner ourselves... 

Tadaaaaa~ P.O.R.K S.T.E.A.K!

I have never try any steak in Sheffield yet therefore cook ourselves is not a bad idea what... LOL Frankly, I am a noob in cooking, zero knowledge >.< Really don't know how to cook this "look so easy" dinner! Luckily housemates were there, if not, I think I would burn off the whole kitchen.

Ingredients that we used for the night =D

Chef Assistants!! 

I was in charging for mash patatoes that I learnt from our Chef months ago. 

Yih Ling is cutting all the ingredients into pieces.

And our Chef, Edward is frying the Porkies!!

Main Course! Mr.Pork.

I miss you so a lot Porky, you are just too bad missing from my life for months!

Fresh Pork -> Marinate ->  Fried -> Oven

After hours of preparation and frying, the main courses are READY to Oven!!!

Finally, D.O.N.E.!!!!

Rosemary Onion Pepper Pork Steak.

I named it as ROP Porky =D

Romantic? We had our candlelight dinner at home =)

This is definitely different feeling as if compare with the bar and restaurant provided ^^

Meal includes ROP Porky, Baked Corn, Mash Potatoes, Salad, Wedges, Fish Finger.

Sounds so full right? Yes it's horrible load of side dishes with 2 pieces of Porky for each person!
